SHIPPING and HANDLING

US DELIVERY:

Allow 2-3 weeks for standard USA delivery. Shipping and handling is $3.95 plus $1.00 handling for each additional set ordered.  Regular Rush shipping will be delivered in 7-10 business days for an additional $3.00 per order. Super rush shipping is available for $17.95 per order with delivery in 2-3 business days via UPS. MI residents please add sales tax.

Please note: Autographed copies may be available on a rush basis. Please call Customer Service for more information.

CANADA DELIVERY:

Allow 2-3 weeks for standard delivery. Shipping and handling is $5.95 (USD) plus $1.00 handling for each additional set ordered.  Rush shipping will be delivered in approximately 7-10 business days for an additional $3.00 per order. 
 
RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment date for defective and unopened product only. We cannot accept returns for any CD set that has been opened unless they are being returned because they are defective. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of product. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable.  Returns should be sent via a traceable method (retain tracking number for your records) to:
